As a joint venture project; Modesty was brought in to help realize the vision of a next generation web application that relies heavily on the widget concept in a proprietary written multi user platform.

Challenge

The main goal was to communicate the power and flexibility of the core idea and the engine written to support it. We worked out the key features that had most impact on the average user and focused on them.

Solution

By applying an imagined skin to every widget designed we could easily get across the commercial aspect of selling ad space in a more interesting and clever way than ordinary banners.

In order to quickly get the results we wanted, we used photo material as the building blocks for the graphics. Not only does it produce very high caliber results, but you also get an idea of the final widget fairly quickly. With that as the base you later go in and fine tune what you have.

Result

Project Oxygene has gained interest from several important companies and is still under development.
